Pichu's Secret Base: New Layout, New Stuff

On the splash, make the image a link, because that's how most sites have it...

And the layout is pretty nice. Though the light blue around the news looks kinda odd.
 
Hi there! This is the best layout u've done so far, so congrats ^_^

I'll make a small list of the good and bad things, maybe this will help you =)

Good Points:
- Loads really fast
- Text is easy to be read
- Right bar is organized (some sites don't, so i had to put that here)
- Left bar is organized and divided into smaller sections.
- You added a quick menu on the banner
- You plan to open lots of new sections and pages

Bad Things (Not actually bad, but things to improve):
- The banner looks a little bit dead, maybe if u could add some more pics (besides the Pikachu and purple tiger...) it would spicy the layout up a bit.
- You could the same thing i just wrote with the left hand side banners for the sections. This way it's easier for ppl to find things without reading.
- The slogan's font looks a little bit small and hard to read on my screen. Maybe it's just me though..^^;

Good job my friend, now work on the content. Content is what really matters now XD!
 
Ill spice up the banner in a bit. I dont understnad the second one and wehn i do theb anner ill change the flogan font..err make it larger.
 
I like your new layout PSB I can understand why there isn't much neopet stuff cause you just added neopest stuff, but the bottom line is that it's a good layout ^^.
 
Thanks Mirokou. I added the layout without much content is because I really wanted it to be open since It hasnt had a update in forever ^^; But ill wrok on content tonite for sure
 
It's really good, but I think you should have a cool cursor (besides the link crossbar thing) And, um draw a really cool banner at the top because it looks a bit bland with the pikcahu and kougra. But besides that stuff it's awesome. Great job!
 
Maybe just a blue cursor to go with the blue theme. :P Or an animated cursor...
 
i like it PSB but I still think u should change splash's to welcome the change to adding neopets.

I myself don't really like how pokemon sites are expanding to all these but its what you prefer :D like I would not be caught dead with neopets but family guy or kikiader or something or yugioh then maybe.

but i overall give it a 6-7/10 its grrreat!
 
I love the new layout, it looks really cool for northern summer as well as wintery for southern winter ^^. Well done!
 
lol i know u told me earlier lol I just wouldnt of picked neopets I just guess it depends on ur age :D maybe 2-3 years ago hehehe. Then again i still have that passion for Power Rangers lmao GRRREAT NEW LAYOUT PSB I honestly like it alot and hopefully with the added content (neopets) well later!

Great layout, PSB! I just have one suggestion: Maybe you could have a colored scrollbar, it would look a little better.
 
LOL, I find it quite amusing how most of the Pok?mon webmasters who are expanding choose Neopets as their added subject matter XD. When I get bored... I start another website... which is why I have too many now o_O
