I might have a few conflictions those days but only for an hour or two each day, probably. It's much better than doing it a few days later when my summer football camp and stuff begin, so 15-17th is probably a good time for me too.

I'm free all of July (I think), so it shouldn't be a problem. Though Independence Day doesn't really man anything here (actually it could be a bit of a sore point for us ^^' ), I still wouldn't hold it there - many people would be out doing stuff and we wouldn't get as much people involved as we could.
