Dodrio I would ride because I could ride it for a long time due to its 3 hearts and lungs. Also it can jump very high.

I would choose to ride upon an Aerodactyl. It's a cool and bad-ass Pokemon and it's very fast with a base speed of 130. It would sharply cut through the air and it would be easy an comfortable to ride on.
