Pickup ability

I've never had a Pokemon with this ability, I was just wondering is it worth getting one? How does it work? What items do they 'pickup' etc...

Moved to Pokémon Strategies & Movesets.

Ideally, you'll want Pick Up to reach L51-70, for TM 44 (Rest), L71-90, for TM 01 (Focus Punch) or L91-100 for TM 26 (Earthquake). You can occasionally get PP Ups which are good for your moves, as well as evolution stones for certain Pokemon
