Well I don't have a higher quality image of it, but that picture is from the "Ready Go!" opening for Pokemon, so maybe try searching that on google.com, altavist.com, and yahoo.com in the image search. Sorry I can't be more help. ^^'

The image you gave is from the 5th Opening and it is called "Ready Go!". It is the Japanese equivilant of the "Master Quest" opening.

I need a looping gif animation of Wynaut and Wobbuffet talking to each other- either from 'Camp Pikachu' or from Why Wynaut?' And I don't mean to be a burden, but I kinda need it by tomorrow night.. so if no one gets my request done by then, you can forget I ever asked. :P

thank you so much for the pics, just one small problem the pics you gave me were of Lillian, which is Vivian's little sis from Kanto, althought i was going to ask for em so i still love em, but vivian is the announcer for pokemon contests in Hoenn with the pink dress, so yeah but thanks so much for the Lillian pics you must be pychic or something for getting me pics i wanted but didnt ask for :) and thanks for the wendy pics too :)
