Issue: Picture Uploader Not Working

Make sure it fits the limitations noted underneath the upload area. If it's a certain size, I don't think it'll load.

No, it's fine, it was a picture I deleted and now I'm trying to upload it again.
Also, I noticed I said something wrong in my first post, it's not the "Upload" button I'm clicking, it's the "Browse" button.
 
If it's something you've uploaded before...hmm.
Try uploading it to some place like tinypic.com. Then try.

And quick note; nothing with change unless you hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom.

I know about the "Save Changes" button, the thing is... when I click "Browse" and choose the file, the location doesn't appear in the box next to it.
 
Copy the exact address that it's at and manually paste it in there.
If not, upload the picture to another site.

I can't, because, when I click on the space where the location is supposed to show up, it takes me to the folder where my picture is... as if I've pressed the "Browse" button.

Also, I'm not trying to upload it so that I can post it somewhere else, I just want to put it in the folder, so uploading it to another site would just defeat the purpose.
