I made this picture on the Paints program on my computer and I want to post it on a tread. how do I post my picture on a post?

You could attach it to the post with the manage attachments button. Or upload it to a site (www.photobucket.com for example) then post [*IMG]link of the pic[*/IMG] (without the *s).

Ya, just to elaborate on what bluchu said about attaching, click "reply" in a thread, then click "manage attachments" under the text box, and click "upload" on the popup to upload the picture, once it has uploaded close the popup, and submit your post :3
