Pigeot Question

I don't know who Pigeot is, but I can suggest a few moves for Pidgeot if you like. I'd just like to say first that Pidgeot is pretty bad and there are waayyyyy better Flying-types. Whirlwind, Brave Bird, U-turn, Double Team.
 
Gyarados, Dragonite, Crobat, Skarmory, Ninjask, Salamence, Staraptor, Togekiss, and Gliscor are all good Flying-element Pokemon.

gyarados can fly ? how can this be possible or can he only leran certain flying moves
 
Gyarados is flying and water.
 
gyrados can't use alot of flying moves but he's a flying type but i suggest go with gliscor if i was you i well chose him but you can always use my fav yanmega he's a flying type to you know
 
I like Masquerain simply because nobody I know has one. Hehehe. It's Bug-Flying and the evolved form of Surskit. It's nice to have since good Bug-Type Pokemon aren't all that common.
 
Yeah, and there's a good reason nobody uses Masquerain: it's a terrible battler.
 
if your after a normal/flying type like pidgeot, kogekiss is far far superious as ichida quoted! it learns better moves and gnerally has better stats as well as good abilities, teach it special moves.
gyrados learns no flying moves, but has massive amounts of hp and attack and can learn a varied set of tms
 
I would have to say the best moveset for pidgeot is (i have to options) Roost, (to heal hp) tail wind (if team is slow) if not brave bird, Fly (to dodge upcoming attacks) and double team to evade most damage and you can start hurting, but there are many other flying types beside pidgeot such as togekiss or yanmega because they can learn many other moves that are not just flying that give you an advantage

I still say Brave Bird. It needs a good attack to make up for its pitiful stats, and with its crappy defenses it won't last more than one, maybe two hits. Might as well go out with a divebomb.
 
Why have roost on such a frail pokemon? Its like putting rest on rattata.
