agreed. if someone actually wants to use it, Natural Gift is an option to be considered.

pidgeot is an okay flyer and is good for begginers

go with salamence or flygon for a flyer

Flygon is a bad choice, with only 100 base attack and speed you should go with something like starraptor instead.
