Pikachu for Elite 4

    Looking for a pikachu, to get me through the elite four. Can anybody help a pika-lover out?
     
    i dont know if it can get through the elite 4 but i have a pikachu level 50 thats been ev trained,it knows surf,volt tackle,tunder,and thunderbolt
