    Hey.. umm I was wondering is there anyway I get get my pikachu to learn zap cannon, cuz I mean its the most powerful electirc attack and pika should learn it :(
     
    Zap Cannon maybe the most powerful, but it has the worst accuracy along with Dynamic punch. Don't waste your time trying to find Zap Cannon since it's never there. I suggest you give Pika thunder bolt. Decnt move.
