Pikachu on the Ball error?

    So going through my child's cards last evening , I stumbled across a Pikachu on the ball card, 045/185, but it doesn't have the Fustal sticker I've seen on any located online. Can anyone help me with this? Also it has a star next to the card number

    Wrong card number, too (should be 001/005). Too many errors to be official.
