Anyways, the title states all my concern. :)
The little movie-movie in The Spell of The Unown movie one.

anyways, I got only 2 questions though... :\

1. What city was that..? I am just curious, that's all. :P
2. er...

is it only me, or does Pikachu here looks more like a Raichu..? :3
'cause Pikachu's color slightly turned dark that time though... :\

It's Pikachu and I can easily differentiate Pikachu from Raichu. Pikachu's colors in your picture are not that dark to me. But it's only my opinion.
