I do not accept IV orders, very sorry, but I WILL get you those personalities, and about the egg moves... Yanma cannot learn those moves as egg moves, and I do not have the TM's... What Yanma is able to learn as egg moves, however, is:
Whirlwind
Reversal
Leech Life
Signal Beam
Silver Wind
Feint
Faint Attack
Pursuit
As for Heart Scales... I have... six. But I might be able to dig up more today (if so, I will tell you).

Can i get them with signal beam & silver wind if possible?

@ikeziu well as u know i just started so for if i got any other pokemon no im soz but i do got a second heartscale and i also got a water and everstone

ps i would like to change the squirtle to a eevee since i got myself a nice psyduck :)

the personality of the pokemon, mischevious= 31 IV's in special attack, alert to sounds = 31 IV's in speed
