Piplup Doll- NOT TALKING!?

Okay, I have a problem.....

I have atalking Piplup plush I bought about a month or two ago....

It worked fine just a few days ago, but now it won't talk! >.<

I replaced the batteries, but STILL, nothing!

what's wrong, and how can I fix it?

Have you dropped it or done anything else that might damage the voicebox? D: If you still have the box, check that for a warranty or see if you can take it back for a replacement if it's not working.

well, I DO sleep with it like a kid with a teddy at night......... any idea if something might have happened?

From my experience, the plushies with voices are fairly well made, so that shouldn't affect it too much. You're sure the batteries are in the right way and everything?

All I can think of is that the button you press to make the noises got shifted around or something. :\

Is there an on/off switch on the battery pouch? Check and make sure it's on! :) That's the only thing I can think of right now...

Where did you get it? I've never seen one...and I'm a plushie fanatic! Did you order it online?

I've seen the talking Piplup (and Chimchar and Turtwig) at all the Toys'R'Us I've been to recently, which is only two, but still. :x

That would explain why I've never seen them. ^.^;
I'll have to check out Toys R Us soon...we have one down the road...I think.

I got mine at Target, and it worked fine when I bought it.

and yes, the switch is on.
