Cowrie it is because the place where the red and the white part met is the widest and the light source(the sun)can't get there. And I am to lazy to fix it today. Anyway loksie waht I made for the contest:

Tendo why would you like to make it more animish? It looks perfect the way it is! But the shoulders look a bit strange(they are to up, if you understand me).

I don't know... I guess I was hoping to receive a suggestion from someone who does a lot of anime characters and they could throw around a few pointers. I'll work on the shoulders asap.

If you do want it to look more anime-ish, then I have a suggestion - and that's to work on the eyes a bit. They're rather flat compared to most anime eyes...I suggest putting a darker shade of green near the top of them, and then putting down an even lighter color (even white, perhaps) where the lightest green currently is. That should make them look more like typical anime eyes, at least. ^_^;
