It's Fusion Of Zizagoon, Togetic, Pikachu, Skitty, Vulpix, Sandshrew And Amphaross.

The light source is screwed up and the shading isn't the best.

You've got two different light sources on there...the head looks like it's getting light from the upper right, while the rest of the body seems to be getting light from the upper left. Try to make it so that the whole body looks like it's getting light from one side.

And then there's the issue of shading...the head needs some shading around the bottom of it (bottom left, most likely, if you keep the light source from the upper right), and the crest thing needs another, darker color put onto it. It looks flat when it has only two colors for shading/highlighting while the body has three. ^^;
