They're all great exept the dude in the red shirt. His hair needs better shading and looks flat.

I'm a natural for them, and I got all my practice from Nintendo NSiders. They have tons of spriters there, but just a small few are UBER 1337ness. The rest are all wiseguys. ;)

Err...it's okay. The "flames" or whatever they are on the back are going in one direction and the "flames" on the feet are going in another. That makes it look unrealistic. :\
