All your Cyndaquil sprites are awesome ^_^ Your outlining seems a little wobbly at some places and the flame on the R/S/E Rattata based one's flame doesn't look attached. Anyways... I have to go (that always seems to happen when I'm going to rate something -_-)

I Like That Baby Skarmory. I Don't See Much Problems In It, But I'll Give You Some Easy Crit. Skarmory's Left Leg Looks Bit Fat ^^ So You Could Make It Few Pixels Smaller. I Also Think, That The Beak It Too Big. But It Is Very Good ^^ 8/10
