heya all..

im thinking of starting up a thread so that others can indulge in my mad spriting abilities -_-...j/k

well what do you guys think of my sprites...and the morphs are one i just made today, my first time ever making morphs like that...meh...i think they're ok..

any way...

also, on the morphs i used the same sprite..a swimmer with Haruka's head

First, some words of advice. Never EVER put *.bmp files online. They are way too bulky. Save your pics as *.png instead. You can do that with the Paint suite from Windows XP. But if you don't have that, there are plenty of good freeware and shareware image converters online. Ah... the versatility of PNG's... :P

Also, you might want to go check the Rules Thread and read the rules regarding signatures. Your sig's GINORMOUS! :cross-eye

Now then. On to the reviews! First off, I love your Haruka morphs! They're Uber kawaii! And I like the second Articuno morph better than the first, for some reason. 0_o

I think the tye dye Jiggly would've been a lot nicer on the eyes if you'd dulled the colors down a tad. And don't forget the shading! It's just as important, no matter how vibrant you want your colors to be! And part of the shading is the outline. I noticed that you kept the Pink/Purplish outline Jiggly originally had. It'd be better to custom fit it to the colors you changed Jiggly to. :P

Edit: I went back to make sure, and realized that you didn't keep the original outline... it just looked to me like you did because you had that weird maroon line going on in the lower right portion. 0_o Just the same, it's pretty awkward. Not your best... probably your worst one of all of them, lol. At least in my opinion anyway. :P

The Wintry Moltres is awesome. The shading leads me to believe he's got tufty, downy wings though, rather than flames. If you want them to look more like flames, you're gonna have to add some blue to them too. :( I don't know how else to describe it... lol.

I get the feeling that we see a lot of Umbreon/Persian mixes. :/ But just the same, very clean, crisp job on that one. I like the result very much.

Your Flareon/Ninetales mix was so realistic that I didn't realize at first that it was a mix! I was trying hard to figure out why that Pokemon was in your list of redos, lol! :D Good job!

The Mewtwo was just so striking! The green probably should have been toned down some... but other than that, I can't find anything wrong with it. Another fine piece!

I've decided not to give number ratings anymore. :( I don't like 'em. So my comments is what you get. You can interpret them in whatever way you like. :P

Hey, thanks to those who commented on Telehop. Anyone who wants to drop some C&C is welcome. Valdorath - I might submit him to Pokemon Infinity. We'll see.... They've already accepted Pengarum and Pengamone.

Kiora - No offense, but the sherbert Jiggly is just plain bad. Haha, there seems to be absolutely no shading whatsoever. The outline needs a lot of work as well. I agree with Shuko, The Mewtwo could use some work in the color area. It isn't gradual enough for my liking. Other than that, not too shabby. Keep working at it!
