Help needed

OK, I need help with some sprites for a hack of Pokemon Ruby.
I need smoother version of the first attatched thumbnail, a backpic and a mini sprite for pc and party.
I would like these to be in red and black, thanks.
If you would like an Elite four/ gym leader named after you if your sprite is selected, attatch a sprite of your gym leader/elite four member and a list of their name, their pokemon and pokemon levels and I'll try to put it into the hack.
Oh and can the sprites be in .png or .gif format please.

Um... hello... *shyness*

Um... this is the first time I've tried doing an original sprite... and it's not really totally original... um; I had to base it off of a sprite from Ru/Sa... anyway, please tell me what you think!

The shading isn't consistant, on the bloom you use 3 colors for shading, then you kept only one shade for the body. Another thing, can vileplume really balance in that position?
