I don't see much wrong with it except the stray lines on the rock. =D

Go to the layout selection and go to "Claire's Darkness Prevails". Theres an Umbreon with fangs on the banner. =D

Heh, in regards to the fangs, the official umbreon doesn't have them...or doesn't show them, anyways. Doesn't mean that it couldn't have them, though. :P

For the sprite itself...I think that either there could be some more of the darker shading on the body (around the legs), or maybe some highlights on the back leg. Otherwise, it's a pretty good custom umbreon. ^_^

There's been quite a few umbreons lately, I've noticed.

If Umbreon has fangs, more the kickass...

Awesome btw. A real improvement on the customs. I like it alot.

It's too dark too see armadillo,and 2k4 it's cool but look at the foot. Hope I helped =D
