Looks rather cute, I think - especially the first one. The eyes (assuming those dots are eyes) could probably stand to be darkened, just to make them stand out a bit more.

You could reduce the cap a little and recolor it.

Maybe change the colors cause these are tree colors.Also try using one more shade in each part of the sprite.
