All of those
really need to have some shading put into them. They'd look better with it.
For the first one: the orange around the eyes doesn't stand out too well against the blue. You need to be
extremely careful when mixing complementary colors - which orange and blue are - or else the end result won't be too good. The bright green on the shoulders is distracting, since it's the brightest color on the sprites (aside from the few spots of white). Try to save the lightest/brightest colors for highlights, not outlines.
Second one: The black outline used on the head stands out way too much when compared to the dark teal used for the rest of the body. Either use one color, or use multiple colors that still follow the rules of shading and highlighting (like pokemon sprites do). Speaking of the dark teal, I'm not sure if it goes too well with that light peach color, anyways...you'd be better off with some sort of red or orange color.
Third one: It's a bit better than the other two, in my opinion, as the pose isn't just some straightforward frontal shot. The gray around the eyes and mouth really doesn't look like it belongs there - it's too light against the bright red, and frankly, it just makes the sprite look messy. Either tone down the red, or darken the gray.
