The darker Skarmory is good, i'll use that, but Machop.. Not good. It needs the blue on it's body, it's not full bronzish.

Igglybuff's in! But there's a bit too much highlighting on Cleffa, make the shading on the top a lil' smaller and it's in!

in the old game palettes, machop is that colour. The sprite(s) of Machop from yellow till GS had that palette.

The Togetic had two different colors, one from Gold and Silver and the other from Crystal. You can use whichever you want. ^^

Alot of my previous work has been removed. I won't devamp anymore if they're just going to get the boot. I wanted to mark my name on a dex once it's complete.

I think that you should make the sprites smaller. The G/S/C sprites' maximum size, I think, were approxamitely 56x56 or 64x64 (something like that). These hardly even look like they are devamps, they look more like recolors (even if you say "no recoloring"). When you devamp the sprites, you need to give them every single aspect that their G/S/C sprite, which was a smaller size.

All but your Ratatta are nice. Sorry, your Rattata looks too close to a recolour. ._. Oh, and it doesn't matter which Unown you do.
