6th Gen Pixilate Sylveon: Moonblast or Hyper Voice?

    Ok i got a legit HA Eevee from Black 2 that i intend to evolve into Sylveon in Y and i was wondering which moves would be better between Hyper voice and Moonbalst? The Pixilate ability grants normal-type moves a 30% damage bonus as they are turned into fairy-types but hyper voice's base power is 90 and moonblast is like 95 so is hyper voice really worth it? I definitely want to make use of this hidden ability so what moves would work best? (And if you want a legit HA Eevee along the way, send me a PM and we may work something out!) :)

    Go with Hyper Voice, it can pass through substitutes and is stronger than Moonblast when used by Pixilate Sylveon.

    Hyper Voice: 90 (+30% Pixilate Boost) = 117 (+50% STAB) = 175.5 (which iirc rounds down, so 175)
    Moonblast: 95 (+50% STAB) = 142.5 (same as above, rounded down to 142)
