PKMN Emerald Team

I'm still training my team and trying to get some good items but the cloning clitch won't work so I'm unable to get more than 1 leftovers.

Here is my PKMN Emerald Team:

Swampert:Lv86:Quirky:Leftovers
Surf
Earthquake
Blizzard-want Ice Beam but can't find the TM(lol)
Take Down-need to replace this move badly

Metagross:Lv50:Serious:Chesto Berry
Psychic
Metal Claw-will be replacing with a better move ASAP
Take Down-not good but don't know what to replace with
Pursuit-replacing with the meteor crush move thingy

Crobat:Lv62:Sassy:Persim Berry
Wing Attack-want to replace but what with?
Poison Fang-Overall it's fairly weak
Bite-Crunch would be more suitable but it doesn't know it yet.
Return-I don't need anyore but what to replace with?

Tropius:Lv50:Rash:Chesto Berry
Solarbeam
Aerial Ace
Fly-want to get rid of it but not sure what to replace it with
Sunny Day

Salamence:Lv50:Hasty:Pecha Berry
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast-where can i get Flamethrower?
Headbutt-does it need replacing?
Bite-Crunch?

Rayquaza:Lv70:Serious:Persim Berry
Fly-what to replace it with
Rest

Skull Bash

Aggron:Lv43:Bold:Magnet
Shock Wave-good against water types
Water Pulse-good against ground and steel types, also confuses
Iron Tail-pwnage against rock types
Dynamic Punch-should I replace it?
(more of a 1-Hit KO pokemon)

So yeah, I'm just looking for some tips and could people tell me where I can get the TM's please. This was the team I used against Steven in Meteor Falls although most of my pokemon were weaker. I don't want Rayquaza in there but he's my most powerful pokemon other than Swampert and the rest of my powerful pokemon are also Uber's (Kyogre and Groudon).
