Can the gym leaders change their gym rules anytime? Can they be changed at all?

Yea they can change them.
Try not to change them too much though.

Sprite: Female Ace Trainer Snow (Since it fits the type), Gen IV
Badge Number: 39
Activeness: Almost every day
Game: White. May be going to black soon.
Gym Rules: 3 on 3, auto leveled down to 50, must have something for chatting (Like Skype, or even Steam...but I'm not voice chatting!)

No need to show your team. You can change it anytime as long as you have 3 ice type you will be good.

Your gym leader card has been made and added under the members section. Welcome to league. :]

Man, thats jsut what I needed! Very fun battle! But why did you keep using Ice Beam? It did nothing to my Pokemon...
