unfortunately they are both Breed only into a Riolu and Magby, but to answer the question,

Magmortar:

Fire Blast
Thunderbolt
Confuse Ray
Fire Punch

Lucario:

Close Combat
Aura Sphere
ExtremeSpeed
Dragon Pulse
