Platinum Garbage lol

Another Offensive team for me =p (Stall sucks, boo down with stall and its unviable-ness).

As with most offensive teams, this one relies on revenge killing and resistances so please respect my playing style, aka no : - "UR T33M H4Z N0 W4LLZ U SUCK GET SUM W4LLZ KTHNXBAI". If i can revenge kill a threat or it can be beaten with prediction it IS NOT A PROBLEM.

Oh now onto the team, its centered around Skymin.

Aeroblacktyl (Aerodactyl) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6Def
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aqua Tail
- Rock Slide
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock

You should know what this does tbh. Sets up Stealth Rock, Taunts other leads to prevent set up etc. Aqua Tail for the sake of it cos its cool =p and has good coverage along with Rock. Rock Slide for the flinch rate. Smogon mod nickname is cool aswell lol.

Stealth Rock, along with Skymins sub seeding should annoy the hell out of stuff.

Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Discharge
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Shadow Ball

I have a Washing Machine fetish ok lol ?. Counters Gyarados, metagross, Zapdos, lucario and so much more, you name it this does it lol. Discharge is great for parahaxing stuff and status absorbing is yay.

This is so ridiculously broken its unreal. Anyway, whilst it isnt banned im going to abuse it =D. Registeel, Regice, Metagross counters ? lolno=/. The amount of teams that loose to this alone is shocking. 101 HP Subs, Serene Grace Hax and Leech Seed will cause switching which is punished by Aero's SR.

Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Fire Blast
- Will-o-wisp

As ive said before Explosion sucks all kinds of ass on this lol. So Will-o-wisp is the next best thing, as i figured this would be a cool Outrage switch in will-o-wisp should lol at stuff, aswell as other switch ins like Bulky waters (wear them down, aka a Burned Vappy wont be walling stuff for long etc.), Gyarados and Tyranitar =3.

Also makes a nice revenge killer.

Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge

I have no idea but it looks nice doesnt it ? =). And is a nice revenge killer. Hits pretty much all of its common switch ins HARD.

Late game domination at its finest. Cleans up what Skymin hasn't smash'd.

HP Ice hit's Salamence and Gliscor harder then Ice Punch. (with Lonely, Adamant I have to check)
Thunder punch if the only reason you have it is for Gyarados =|
Thats just the Lucario I use.

Ice punch only does around 60% to Gliscor and Salamence and HP Ice does 90%, OHKO on Salamence with Stealth Rocks up. (ohko on Gliscor if you run +Sp.Atk)

Wouldn't Stone Edge be better for more coverage, since it still hits Gyara for SE?

Team looks pretty sweet, Just one recommendation. Minus hax, only Heatran provides status. Consider:

I use this thing on my monoteam, and it terrorizes. Since most ppl don't expect Thunder Wave, they switch to a counter/Taunter while Gyarados T-Waves them. He can then set up and sweep. Rock and Water= Nice Coverage as well.

Meh, i do believe im content with the 30% paralysis rate that Discharge grants without going out of my way JUST to get guaranteed paralysis.

I did consider Hidden power Ice, although i thought If i can 2hko even the most bulkiest of mence (even after an intimidate) and Gliscor im content (which Ice Punch grants). Ice Punch will also have more net damage to other things thanks to using a + att nature and attack evs, contrary to using a neutral nature and no Sp.attack evs (if that makes sense). However, i WILL consider and test HP ice.


Stone Edge as said is there for coverage, more power, as it hits more stuff neutral than t-punch with the rest of the moveset and has pretty much the same coverage on stuff i want to hit.

Thats why I said only if you care about Gyarados. ( I use Stone Edge, TP was just a suggestion)

since it still hits Gyara for SE?

Stone Edge doesn't OHKO, Thunder Punch OHKO before and after intimidate.
