Well looking at your rules it tells me that you have never had a Wi-Fi battle since you don't know that Wi-Fi is set level. Also you are allowing ubers but banning a combo that would ridiculously easy to beat.

No they really aren't, I speak from experience. Mewtwo, Darkrai, and Kyogre are all leagues better.
