-Evasion clause: Ummm...I think you may have misunderstood that clause, or you just made a typo.
-Special rules: Why don't you just say "No ubers"? The term "legendary" is a little vague, because alot of people have different meanings of what pokemon count as legendary.
Just fix the rules a bit. :)
