well its a little early to be building a good team as there is no variety early in the game.
I will say you need to drop Zubat or Starly as you do not need two flyers.
I would also drop Shinx as you have turtwig to cover water types instead get a rock type like Bonsly or a larvitar if you can trade if not there are Geodudes and Onix in Oreburough
