    I can spend as much time as necessary mining and if suggesting any substitutions please at least tell me where to get it.

    your changes sound good and I will implement them as soon as I can, but on smoggan every on of scizor's possible move sets included bullet punch, are you absolutely sure about replacing it?
     
    You have technician, keep bullet punch.
     
    Well you can keep Bullet Punch. But Smogon is for competetive battles, and this is an in game team. If it's not an in - game team, disregard all my changes and your in the wrong forum. If it is in - game, then you're in the right forum and you can keep Bullet Punch if you want.
     
    this is in-game, but I do plan on using it in the battle frontier which from experience I imagine would be similar to competitive battling
