Playing with Fire [OU]

New sun team I made rather quick, wanting to abuse Charizard and Sawsbuck over Volcorona and Venusaur.

Ninetales (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 248 HP / 28 SDef / 232 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hypnosis
- Roar
232 speed lets Ninetails outrun jolly Hax 'r' us. 248 hp is for an odd number of hp for stealth rock switch-ins, the rest is put in special defence to take scalds in the sun. Fire blast is it's best STAB. WoW and Hypnosis cripple opposing pokes, while roar resets sleep counter and racks up SR damage.

Scizor (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
Gets KO'd by fire moves outside of the sun, so why not? Stand CB set, U-turn for scouting, Bullet Punch for priority, etc.

Donphan (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Rapid Spin
Sets up rocks and rapid spins, the sun helps it take on water attacks. EQ is STAB. Ice shard for prio.

Sawsbuck (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Horn Leech
- Frustration
- Jump Kick
Underrated poke, Venusaur is so cliche. One swords dance and you can fire off STAB frustrations and Horn Leeches while outspeeding a lot of threats. Jump kick over Nature Power (EQ) lets you hit Balloon Heatran.

Charizard (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Solar Power
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Air Slash
- SolarBeam
I let Donphan spin for this guy before sending him out. Timid nature over Modest to outspeed threats. A Choice Specs + Solar Power Fire Blast in the sun will 2HKO eviolite Chansey :]

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 232 Def / 28 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Reflect
Wanted something to take special hits from Rotom-W, so a Latias with Reflect (can even survive hits from T-tar and Scizor with it, and the massive defense investment) and a Calm Mind set did nicely to round off the team and act as a bulky sweeper.
