Thunder is a waste without Rain Dance, even with Wide Lens. Nasty Plot will help you here to boost your attacks and Life Orb to boost them even further. Timid to outspeed things

Black Sludge basically does the same thing as leftovers, this is just to help you if someone tries to steal your Black Sludge, then it hurts them. As for the moveset, I have no idea how to fix that, but it needs fixing.
