Please give me a suggestion (Pokemon Red)

I was doing a flying monotype and came to Pokemon League ; but all of my Pokemon are of low level. Here is my team:
-Charizard Lvl 46 - FLAMETHROWER-STRENGTH-SLASH-DIG
-Gyarados Lvl 46 - HYDRO PUMP-SURF-HYPER BEAM-THUNDERBOLT
-Butterfree Lvl 45 - PSYCHIC-PSYWAVE-SOLAR BEAM-SLEEP POWDER
-Golbat Lvl 41 - TOXIC-CONFUSE RAY-BITE-WING ATTACK
-Pidgeot Lvl 41 - SKY ATTACK-FLY-DOUBLE EDGE-WING ATTACK
-Aerodactyl Lvl 40 - FLY-WING ATTACK-REST-FIRE BLAST

Please give me a strategy or say a training place for them. I need help. (Especially about Blue's Lvl 65 Blastoise -_-)
I have all TMs (expect ones that you need to buy from Celadon Mart or Game Corner) that i didn't used on them. (I mean Dig,Hyper Beam,Thunderbolt,Psyhic, Psywave,Solar Beam,Toxic,Sky Attack,Double Edge,Rest,Fire Blast). Please don't give me ideas about changing my team because i set them in stone. Thanks from now for helping. ^^

From what I can see, you probably should continue battling the wild Pokémon on Victory Road until all your Pokémon on the team get to at least level 55. This will take quite awhile, though.

You are right, but due to that his Pokemon are mono-flying and that some of his Pokemon know a lot of fire moves, and there are some ground/rock types there, don't see much good for therefore.
