    Tyrannitar: Get rid of Hyper Beam and get Flamethrower/Ice Beam.

    Mewtwo: Get Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Flamethrower over Shadow Ball

    Lugia: Curse/Recover/Aeroblast/Earthquake with Leftovers rules
