    I'm involved with Pokemon community and we're running a promotion.
    We're thinking something like this,

    1st Place: Pokemon TCG: Champion's Path Elite Trainer Box, Multicolor
    2nd Place: Pokémon TCG: Celebrations Collector Chest
    3rd Place: Pokemon 25th Anniversary Celebrations Elite Trainer Box
    Runner up: Plushies/Onsie/Backpack of your choice (5)

    These seem like good prizes! I'm assuming the monetary value/rarity of them scales properly with each prize tier. But if I were a participant I'd probably enjoy a prize list like this. =) What are the plushies/onsies/backpack prize choices from? A local store or online order? Would help a bit if you expanded on what you're limited to buying prizes from, if something like Pokémon Center online counts then the possibilities can be a lot higher.
     
    Like Sheep says, a teensy bit more detail would help us answer you better but it honestly seems like you don't need help at all. This looks good as is.
