ambipom learns a move called fling, and the explanation says, the power depends on the thrown item, so what is the most powerful item to throw????????????????????

Iron Ball.

You lose the item afterwards, permanently if not in a link battle.

Iron Ball. Be aware that it will slow Ambipom down to hold it, and when you throw something you lose it.

so you lose the item that is reallly annoying
does it do that with eevery item

Yes it does. It's a sucky move, since you can only use it once per battle. Don't learn it
