4th Gen Please help me

I can't decide which move to forget. I have a Scyther nicknamed Blade. Its at Lvl.17 now. And it learned Agility.Its moves are:

U-Turn >>>>>>>It was a one-time only TM, so i don't want to waste it.
False Swipe >>>>People say it is useful because it can't make opponent faint.
Pursuit >>>>>>>Morty uses Ghost-types, so super effective.
Focus Energy >>>In Black it saved me with Lenora.
Agility >>>>>>>>It is a super move. Also i think it will be helpful after it evolves.

So, which to forget? Also, where can i train him? I'm currently in National Park and going to get my badge from Morty. Please help. If this is not the right location for this, sorry.

Unless your going to catch something,go forget False Swipe.

Note you can always relearn moves via the Move Tutor and Heart Scales as a beside so if after beating the game you want to make it a catching Pokemon for you with False Swipe there's that option.

Also note to use the Help thread sticky next time you have a question please, which is at the top of this section. Anyways, answered so closed.
