There's really no best spot. Every encounter has the same chances of being shiny (1 in over 8000), and likewise, there's no specific area that increases your chances of finding one.

So, in other words, you could say the answer is "anywhere you can find Pokemon."

why don't you try running around in grass for a lil while that can help its funner when u want to train someting start training it in the wild you might encounter a shiny who knows... it is a hard process in older version but in d/p/p they have that pokemon finder poketch which makes it easier

It's 1/8192 chance of finding a shiny. And the thing in DPP isn't a Poketch App, it's called the PokeRadar which helps you chain a lot more easily if you can do it the right way. Anyways, just search for some grassy areas or caves; anywhere you can find Pokemon. There is not one specific place that has a higher chance of Pokemon being shiny.

Shiny Pokemon always appear at random. The only exception is the Red Gyarados in G/S/C.

This topics title is the worst possible, and the only shiny i have is that Gyarados...
I was going mad of everyone speaking of Lake of Rage and that Ragecandybars-seller that didn't let me throught!
If you write a title, you should in some way describe your problem, not just write "please help". "please help with shinies" or something would be better...
