5th Gen Please leave this off in Airports and Hospitals.

I thought Vicitni was Level 50. So I waited till post game to get it. But them I decided to use it to train my Pokemon for the League. My face when I saw Lvl. 15. e__o
 
I thought that you would find a legendary Pokemon up in Celestial Tower, and I thought you would have to battle it.
