    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Psychic

When I do this I have problems with electric types.

Please send along who you beat the battle tower with.

My team for lv-100 was Salamance, Tyranitar, and Arcanine.(All lv 100 of course :).) (It would be ALOT easier if you could use legendaries ;).)

I think the poster was asking for Lv50 teams. Here is the team I took:

    Skarmory@Quick Claw
    - Drill Peck
    - Toxic
    - Spikes
    - Roar

    Snorlax@Chesto Berry
    - Return
    - Curse
    - Shadow Ball
    - Rest

    Blissey@Leftovers
    - Water Pulse
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Softboiled

First strategy is to set up Spikes and use Toxic/Roar to infect my opponents Pokes. Then I bring in Snorlax or Blissey, depending on if I need a physical or special sweep. I love Blissey because its Serene Grace juices up its special attacks to help confuse/paralyze/freeze opponents. Plus, I maxed out its HP and DEF to help absorb more physical abuse. Most often though, it is poison all the pokes, Curse up Snorlax, ChestoRest off any HP loss, and let the beatings begin.

I've heard the Lv.50 is harder than the Lv.100. Don't forget about Effort Value points!! You can also try using legendary pokemon by using the walkthrough code. (I've just started a topic about this)!

I agree that Lv50 is harder because there isn't such a large power difference between the upper tier Pokes. As Ducair said, it is EV training where you can make the difference. The only time Legendaries are a challenge is when you battle against someone else who has trained their Pokes correctly (eggs/IVs/EVs). Properly trained regular Pokes (higher tier, not Magikarp or Zigzagoon) can be just as powerful as Legendaries that were caught at Lv70 where you cannot improve their stats outside of EV training.

Sorry, but I consider the Regis in the same class as the legendaries. They look cool in their Legendary box and in my Pokedex, but I won't battle with them. Too boring.
