Too much energy, too many Pokemon, not enough Trainers. I think you want a Metagross deck, so start with that and add in the following Trainers...

3 Copycat or Oak's Research
3 Steven's Advise
3 Dual Ball
3 Fast Ball or Elm's Training Method
4 Rare Candy
2 Town Volunteers

and work your way from there.

What set do those cards come out of? And can I use old cards like computer search and professer oak in my deck?

Take off some Pkmn and some Energy Cards...
