K this team will only have UU/BL pokes.I still havnt created it YET but am on the road to do it.I also need help on who should be my LEAD.
Tell me everything that is wrong with my team and be as harsh as you want...ill accept anything as you are only trying to help.

The general rule is not to have two of the same type of moves on one Pokemon.

Meh, Overheat is alright, but why waste an item so you don't have to switch once (sure Stealth Rock slaughters him but...) Specs for RAW POWER!!

Tank or not, Vaporeon makes one hell of a sub passer with over 101 subs, add in Wish for recovery and damn it is sweet

A wall that needs to set up, yeah sure... Standard boltbeaming Lapras, HP Ground hits the one pokemon that resists everything (Lanturn) but comes in handy for taking out other Pokemon as well, Confuse Ray to cause switches

Synthesis fails due to it only working in neutral or sunny weather effectively (Unless you invoke the weather clause, I've seen it done)

Since I've given Torterra Stealth Rock, I've given Aerodactyl a set that can be Choice Banded, or Life Orbed etc if you don't feel like switching between attacks... Focus Sash is for leading with Aero

Tanks over Walls never really works IMHO, but it's your team so I won't critizise

What's wrong is that the team only has 2 UUs and the rest are Low Tier OUs =/

3/6 Pokemon aren't Stealth Rock friendly, so you NEED to make room.
You should consider Blastoise over Lapras.

Crush Claw may work with Reversal.
Reversal and Counter are completely for novelty. I like making novelty sets. (I'd even consider Aerial Ace up there just to counter Fighting-types.) It's fun! And some of them actually work, much to my own surprise. O_o

Somewhat off-topic: I used to wonder how a Kangaskhan would hatch from an egg fully grown and with a baby in its pouch. Roflolmao
