Ditch the Arcanine line and replace it with a Ninetales line from Call of Legends or HGSS (Roast Reveal one). Also, drop Zangoose for a Typhlosion Prime (100-something for its number) from HGSS. The Ninetales helps you draw, while Typhlosion Prime takes the energy Ninetales puts into the discard pile and attaches them to your Pokemon, and you would attack with the regular HGSS Typhlosion because it's got a harder-hitting attack.

Look at adding Interviewer's Questions, more Pokemon Collector, and Professor Oak's New Theory, for starters. Also, find some Rare Candy if you can. And add 2 more Fisherman. Add in some more Energy Search and drop Flower Shop.

And maybe consider focusing on just one type to make it more likely you'll have the energy and Pokemon that you need. Weakness coverage is good, but a fast moving deck that gets you what you need when you need it is even better.
