Alright, as promised... here's your rate!

In ou, lead Heatran pretty much completely outclasses Houndoom with this set:

Great anti lead, and good way to get out rocks against common leads who fear it.


Sub-petaya Empoleon would be better than above Empoleon:

~ Substitute
~ Surf
~ Ice beam

Agility, then sub until torrent and petaya range, then sweep. Simple :)


Dragonite usually uses superpower over outrage for stuff like Blissey, also 116att 200spA 192spe Rash w/ life orb is what smogon (yay...) recommends.


Magnezone should be like this:

Naive 252spe 252spA 4att
Magnet pull
~ Thunderbolt
~ Hp fire
~ Explosion
~ Flash Cannon

Great steel killer, hp fire for scizor. Good teammate for Dragonite.


Roserade should have hp fire instead of toxic, and sleep powder instead of energy ball. Or you could use the toxic spikes set (again on smogon) as this is kinda semi stall with my changes.

Anyway good luck with this team, I recommend a bulky physical wall like Skarmory over Rhyperior for phazing ability and the fact that it can take hits aimed at Empoleon, Heatran, Magnezone and dNite.
