It's a nice team. Nidoking is better than queen, but I guess you could use queen's higher defenses. You should get a high def tank IMO.

    Victreebel is good

I think Nidoqueen should be a Boltbeaming Subpuncher.

I wouldn't prefer McIceGar. You should use TriGar with Ice Punch/Thunderbolt/Hyponsis/Fire Punch.

Follow Doom Hammer's moveset for Gardevoir.

Charizard should be an SDZard with Aeriel Ace/Fire Blast/Swords Dance/Earthquake.

Just adding a few options to what Doom Hammer suggested

    Victreebel (F) @ Leftovers/Liechi Berry/Petaya Berry
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    Stats: HP 116/ATK 81/DEF 62/SPD 65/SATK 83/SDEF 54
    Nature: Bold

    Giga Drain Solarbeam
    Swords Dance Sunny Day
    Sleep Powder
    Sludge Bomb

Believe it or not, Victreebel is a formidable sunnybeamer (Sure beats Giga Drain). The Bold nature sucks since it cuts down Victreebel's Attack (Weakening Sludge Bomb) but it should still be able to accomplish something with it. Sleep Powder is a nice filler move as when you get the Chlorophyll boost (Doubled Speed) Victreebel should be able to outspeed a great deal of pokémon and incapacitate them with Sleep Powder. Quite nasty. But do evolve it, Weepinbell is far too weak to be useful. At any rate, Victreebel is best of in NetBattle where you don't have to worry about where to get the appropriate berries. In fact, I'd suggest going with something else for the frontier.

    Nidoqueen (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Poison Point
    Stats: HP 210, ATK 135, DEF 141, SATK 127, SDEF 127, SPD 128
    Hardy Nature (+nothing, -nothing)

    Crunch
    Ice Beam
    Aerial Ace Thunderbolt
    Ice Punch Substitute
    Swagger Focus Punch

Optional Nidoqueen, and actually quite useful against a great deal of formidable opponents (E.g. Salamence, Gyarados, and Tyranitar), although lacking the raw battering power of CB Nidoqueen. It's an option, certainly, although CB Nidoqueen is probably easier to handle.

Notes for Nidorina: If this doesn't need any improvement, I'll be quite shocked. o.O

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
Stats: 152 HP, 104 Attack, 96 Defense, 145 SP Attack, 127 SP Defense, 157 Speed.
    Careful Nature

    Confuse Ray Ice Punch
    Thunderbolt
    Destiny Bond/Hypnosis
    Shadow Ball Fire Punch/Giga Drain

Ugh, no...not Careful Gengar...Careful Gengar makes my Cradily cry...;__; Meh, special attacks are still the way to go. Ice Punch complements Thunderbolt nicely, between them you only have a handfull of resistant opponents. This is then further cut down by the third damaging move. If you'd like an additional edge against things like Metagross or Magneton, go with Fire Punch, but if Lanturn and Swampert are more of a treath go with Giga Drain. For the final move, Destiny Bond is a viable option, but Hypnosis also provides some...interesting opportunities. Will-O-Wisp is nice too, but that requires breeding so let's not go there.

    Gardevoir (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Trace (x.x)
    Stats: 175 HP, 91 ATK, 95 DEF, 192 SPATK, 162 SPDEF, 123 SPD.
    Modest nature

    Psychic
    Shock Wave Thunderbolt/Fire Punch
    Fire Punch/Calm Mind
    Defense Curl Hypnosis

Meh, pretty standard Gardevoir. Psychic for damage and Thunderbolt and Fire Punch for extra type coverage. Optionally, one of them can be replaced with Calm Mind since Gardevoir actually has some chance of making use of that move, especially if you incapacitate your opponent with Hypnosis first. Will-O-Wisp is also an option for the last slot, but since it requires breeding I decided not to suggest it. As for trace, despite your little smilie there, it's actually got its uses, great for stopping sunnybeamers (Switch in, copy the Chlorophyll trait and outspeed, using Fire Punch for an OHKO) among other things, so don't knock it until you've tried it.

    Well, there you have it.

Lol, Alter. That Victreebel is standard, and with Victreebel's Higher Base Atk, it uses Swords Dance + Sludge Bomb better than Sunnybeam. Giga Drain lets it heal damage that it inevitably takes during its Swords Dance. If you really want a sunnybeamer, go with Exeggutor with that lovely base 125 SAtk and a Chlorophylled Explosion.

The oly thing I see wrong with the team is large weakness to Special attacks. Personally I use Regice to solve that problem, but that one's up to you.

And YoMama, just because things are standard, doesn't mean other movesets dont work equally as good, or better. Nidoqueen is actually good as a full physical sweeper, and doesn't HAVE to be a subpunchboltbeamer

That's can be an opinion. I never said it had to be a Boltbeaming Subpuncher.

    Ok? :\

    ATTN
Subpunchboltbeam Nidoking/Nidoqueen ISN'T THAT GOOD. They get a STAB Earthquake who shares the same base power as Earthquake only the latter has no downside in regular 1 vs 1.
Just go Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Earthquake/Sludge Bomb or Shadow Ball or a CB set which is better ingame.

That's good. Boltbeam with two STAB moves.

I thought it was 25% STAB with dual-type Pokemon.

    ha, hahahahahahaha

A pokemon with STAB always has a 50% boost regardless if it's dual typing.

Thanks for your help, everyone. I'll make sure to put it to good use in my team.
