    OK, this is the team I've been working on for ages! This is the team I'm using for JAA, and I might still change some of the movesets if I think I'd be useful…. Also, I have 2 PP UPMAX and 8 PP ups I can use. Anyone have any certain moves you'd recommend using these on?

    I was thinking of replacing Flamethrower with Thunderbolt since it's sometimes useful, but with Zapdos and Kyogre's Thunder would it be better to leave it like this?

    First off, please do not give 255 EVs in any stat. It takes 4 EV points to raise a stat one point and you are wasting 3 in both Spd and SAtk. By going with 252, you now have 6 extra EV points to put somewhere else. Personally, I would add more to HP. Also, I will assume that you are unable to get a different Nature for Zappy, but always avoid neutral Natures. They provide you no advantages. As for the moves, I would prefer TW over LS, and the Rest/ST combo. If you do the combo, go with Leftovers, if not you might want to go with Leftovers anyway, or maybe Chesto Berry for a one-time free Rest usage.

    If you don't use Leftovers on Zappy, I highly suggest them on Kyogre. Too bad about the Nature, and the moves are standard. Again, avoid the dreaded 255.

    Actually, Groudon is going to mess up your team, more often than not. You have to plan around its Ability, making it too situational. Stick with Kyogre's Ability and replace Groudon with a different strong Poke, maybe Metagross or a Blissey cleric. Also, Choice Band is a bad idea on a Poke that has TWO special attacks. Your next buddy would LOVE to have CB instead.

    Adamant is the preferred CB Nature, but Jolly cerainly will work. EVs for CB are always 252/252/6, with the 6 usually going into HP. Use Rock Slide as the fourth move.

    Kingdra's Swift Swim works great with Kyogre's Ability. The EVs need help though. Maybe more in SDef. Also, you might want to use Rest over Sub since other ubers are going to pound Kingdra often. Also, allows you to take advantage of the Lum Berry.

    Taunttwo, eh? Interesting. Definitely replace Flamethrower since you might run Mewtwo out with Kyogre's Ability still in effect. Go with TB or IB. Also, I have never used Taunt on Mewtwo before so I cannot comment on that. If it works, keep it or go with the trusty CM. Another bad Nature.

    Not too bad at all, except for Groudon.
     
    I know Groudon isn't great, but we only get to use 4 pokemon in JAA, so I won't pick Groudon and Kyogre at the same time. Rayquaza will probably not be with either of them because of air lock, unless I know I won't need to take advantage of the weather effects :)
     
    If you're using Groudon, you need a Chlorophyll Sunnybeamer IMO.

    Double powder cos I assume JAA uses Sleep Clause. If you get lucky with the HP, make use of it cos Psychic tends to suck around ubers, with about 75% being of the Psychic type. Exeggutor is fun, or you can use my personal favourite Shiftry:

    Explosion
    Shadow Ball
    Quick Attack

    Doesn't need that much speed cos of the Chlorophyll, so whack a lot into the Att and Sp Att. Explosion is always fun, Shadow Ball cos of the common Psychic type in ubers, and QA is always useful. Hit and run is the order of the day, especially with Choice Band.
